When there’s info out there that he’s running and our readers have a way to contact him (website) if they want more info/to volunteer, we’ll be happy to list him. Right now, we can’t find any info on him but if you send links to the info we’ll be happy to post.

I haven’t seen any information on James Jones. If he doesn’t have a website, where can readers find information about him? (Before we list him, we’d like some confirmation that he is running. Has he filed the necessary paperwork?)

Tom Lingenfelter doesn’t seem to have made any official move to run. He isn’t listed on the Green Papers website, wasn’t mentioned in the Intelligencer article on who’s running against Murphy, and his website doesn’t mention that he’s running in 2010. If he’s running, we’ll be happy to include his information with all others.

As to having the candidates appear at your local meetings, you or the group need to arrange that. We’re providing information to keep people aware of who is running so they can work to get a conservative into the 8th District’s Congressional seat, (as opposed to someone who talks about being a fiscal conservative, but has never met a spending bill he didn’t vote for.) It can probably be assumed that any candidate (except Murphy, who refuses to meet with his constituents in an unscripted venue) would be happy to come to a meeting if invited.
