John Krupa has filed to run as a PA Gubernatorial Candidate for the “Tea Party.”
Krupa supposedly was a township supervisor and past GOP County Chairman in Clinton County. More recently he’s been the Constitution Party County Chairman in Clinton County, according to blog comments (always suspect information, but all we can find).
But, the question is, who is the “Tea Party” who asked Krupa to run? The “Tea Party” isn’t really a party, but in Nevada a group has put up a “Tea Party” Candidate, apparently in the hopes of syphoning off GOP votes.
One has to wonder who–exactly–is part of this “Tea Party” group that has helped Krupa get on the ballot, and if this is a legitimate run or an underhanded attempt by the Democrats to confuse the voters.
Here’s another example of Democrats trying to get a third party candidate on the ballot to pull votes from the Republican: Lentz Volunteer, Other Dems Helped Schneller Get on the Ballot. From PA2010.c0m
