Pelosi’s Pathetic Posturing

March 4, 2015

It is both moronic and hypocritical that many partisan Democrats complained of the “political theater” of Netanyahu’s speech to Congress after witnessing the despicable act Nancy Pelosi deliberately staged for the entire world to see. It is also sad that Washington has become such a putrid, political swamp.

One has never had to guess what stance Pelosi will take on any issue. She is a far-left liberal and a blind, partisan, Obama supporter and, therefore, very predictable. Why, then, did she feel it necessary to express her, and Obama’s, distaste of Netanyahu by turning her back in such a crude, despicable manner?

It is simply because she, like Obama, is an elite filled with a sense of “superior intelligence” and feels it necessary to denigrate anyone with a different opinion before it is seen to be more reasonable and acceptable than her own. In other words, it is fear of being challenged and found inferior. Pelosi made a career out of demeaning critics, sneering at criticism and, especially, making foolish statements. This was just icing on her ignorant cake.

It was not enough that Obama snubbed Netanyahu and practically threw Israel under the bus in his political eagerness for a deal, any deal, with Iran. Lap dog Pelosi felt it necessary to make it clear to all how low this administration’s regard really is for such a solid, longtime ally. She performed with gleeful pride, totally ignorant of her own ignorance.

It is hard to brush off Pelosi’s buffoon-like behavior as many do with vice president Joe Biden’s court jester antics because Pelosi comes with malice. She knows precisely what she is doing even though she makes it seem like it is off-the-cuff. It is not. It is off-her-rocker behavior, but it is deliberate. It is also very pathetic.

Obama’s Immigration Scam

November 17, 2014

As Obama prepares to issue an executive order granting amnesty to approximately 5 million illegal aliens, it must be remembered that he delayed this until after the elections in an attempt to help campaigning Democrats. The delay failed to help Democrats and many are wondering why he is still going forward with it in the face of so much disapproval.

By now, it should be evident to all that Obama has deliberately and unabashedly used distortions and lies to help his personal political agenda. His changing stance on illegal immigration is one of the more glaring examples of his political deceit and all one needs to do is re-visit his earlier declarations for proof.

From the Daily Caller

President Barack Obama once declared that an influx of illegal immigrants will harm “the wages of blue-collar Americans” and “put strains on an already overburdened safety net.” “[T]here’s no denying that many blacks share the same anxieties as many whites about the wave of illegal immigration flooding our Southern border” then-Senator Obama wrote in his 2006 autobiography…“If this huge influx of mostly low-skill workers provides some benefits to the economy as a whole…it also threatens to depress further the wages of blue-collar Americans and put strains on an already overburdened safety net”…If these feel like the words of one of Obama’s opponents, it’s because they’re the exact argument the president’s critics have been making as he now rushes to announce a sweeping executive order that would give work permits to millions of illegal immigrants in the country.

The Never Ending Campaign

January 17, 2013

Obama is most comfortable on the campaign trail where reality can be ignored and his idealism can soar on lofty rhetoric designed to stir emotions rather than reason in crowds willing to believe every word. It is what he does best and theatrical campaign tactics remain a staple of his administration.

Every speech Obama delivers is in the form of a campaign stump speech. We saw this during his push for Obamacare when details of the heath care bill remained hidden behind numerous exaggerated benefits that, of course, have yet to materialize. The 2009 political theater he staged in the Rose Garden with doctors in lab coats was an embarrassment for the nation, but not for Obama. He was in his element.

Even now, after re-election and no longer courting votes, Obama can’t give up campaigning and political theater. He brought children to the signing of his 23 gun-related ‘executive orders’, using them as stage props to take the focus away from his arrogant forcing of legislation. Not only is this another embarrassing display, it is an insult to the intelligence of all. It is also indicative of how Obama looks down on the “masses” but, unfortunately, many remain willing to be treated as fools.

With re-election behind him, Obama is beginning to display more arrogance and less willingness to compromise. He no longer needs public approval in order to continue his “fundamental transformation” of America, but he does feel the need to campaign for it. Campaigning has been his most successful accomplishment and he can’t give it up.

Unfortunately, we will suffer through four more years of Obama’s campaigning before being subjected to another presidential campaign. Obama has succeeded in “transforming” politics into a never ending campaign. Do we really deserve this?
