Democrat Denial

June 21, 2017

The Democrat Party is in disarray because they are mired in denial. Grieving from the trauma of Trump’s election, they are wallowing in anger and refusing acceptance. In order to preserve their fictional world of a mainstream liberal progressive agenda, they are blaming everything and everyone but themselves for continuing failure.

Obama’s election and re-election tricked the far left into believing their agenda was fully accepted so they began using bully tactics to force progressive social changes on society. To appease far left voters the Democrat Party shifted further left focusing on progressive social issues and echoing insults of Middle America’s core values. The result was the election of Donald Trump.

Instead of correcting mistakes and trying to reconnect with the American people after the presidential election, Democrats chose an arrogant path of resistance and denial. There has been very little, if any, willingness to accept responsibility for failure. They are placing blame everywhere but within their own party.

Hillary made a fool of herself re-appearing after her defeat blaming James Comey, Russian conspiracies, the DNC, Facebook, misogyny, fake news and voter suppression – everything but her own inadequacies and failing agenda. Her campaign consisted of “making history” rather than making sense while Trump addressed real issues concerning most citizens.

The media, after losing all credibility by being blatantly biased, is also in denial and continues to make excuses for Democrat failure. Rachel Maddow quickly tried to claim that bad weather was responsible for Democrat Jon Ossoff’s loss in the recent Georgia special election. Others are suggesting that he failed to attack president Trump viciously enough as if that is a winning strategy.

Democrats’ response to losing has been a doubling down on attacking Trump and blocking everything his administration attempts. They still believe their agenda is totally acceptable to mainstream America and needs no change. Until they get their heads out of the sand they will continue to lose and, unfortunately, they will continue to drag the country down.

Who’s the Real Clown Here?

August 14, 2013

A rodeo clown wearing an Obama mask at the Missouri State Fair inadvertently revealed the depth of inanity that political correctness and political bias has reached in this country. It should be a wakeup call slapping all with a dose of reality, but it may be that political correctness is too far gone to be influenced by reality.

Seeing Obama made fun of by this clown shocked the liberal media and the far left as much as the French Mohammed cartoons seemed to have shocked Muslims. As a result, the state fair commission banned the clown for life and will now require all clowns to undergo sensitivity training. Obama must not be mocked in any way and everyone must bow to the liberal god he has become.

When President George H. Bush was treated similarly by a rodeo clown in 1994, there was no outrage. That, however, occurred a decade ago when political correctness was just in its toddler stages. Today, it has grown into a monster, terrifying all into submissiveness – and into sensitivity training, the American version of the Vietnamese government’s reeducation camps. Let’s be honest here: It is not training, it is punishment.

Another clown, Lady Gaga, upset the PC apple cart with a disrespectful song about burkas. She can make fun of Catholicism, Judaism, Scientology, etc., but the PC line is drawn at Muslim’s religion and practices as it is with Obama and will soon be with Hillary.

A third clown, Rachel Maddow, is now self-righteously referring to the Washington ‘Redskins’ as the ‘R-word’ because ‘Redskins’ is so “painfully racist”. It is Maddow who is painful here; heroically discovering a heretofore hidden offense in a word used honorably for decades and understood to signify strength, tenacity, and courage. How many are really insulted by this?

It is not the rodeo clown who is offensive; it is all these other clowns who are trying to control all in the name of political correctness. They need to be banned for life.

Obama Continues Pretending

August 10, 2013

In his latest press conference, President Obama continued his campaign to demonize Republicans and frame issues as “us against them”, splitting America further in the process. With bumper-sticker logic directed at the lowest common denominator, Obama accused Republicans of having a “fixation” against his healthcare law.

Pretending there is nothing wrong with a healthcare law that is falling apart more each day, Obama asked “…why it is that my friends in the other party have made the idea of preventing these people from getting healthcare their holy grail?”, referring to uninsured Americans. He then framed the entirety of opposition to the law by saying: “The one unifying principle in the Republican Party at the moment is making sure that 30 million people don’t have healthcare.”

There is little difference between this inane rhetoric and that from any liberal TV talk show host. It is designed to skirt the real issue, demonize the opposition, and prey on emotions. These are Alinksy tactics for radicals, ones that Obama embraced in his youth and continues to use from the White House – and they are pathetically deceitful.

With Republicans railing against the many flaws, inconsistencies, and economic hazards contained in Obamacare, this president chooses to pretend that opposition is hatefully geared toward keeping healthcare away from the uninsured. It is something Chris Matthews, Ed Shultz, or Rachel Maddow would say in the same way they label all opposition to Obama as racist. It is not something the President of the United States should be saying.

Obama has used this same tactic with the scandals that are rife in his administration by labeling them all as “phony” and refusing to address them seriously. Since being elected, he has set the tone for this type of exaggeration and demonization coming from the left. Thus, opposition to illegal immigration and big government is labeled as “racist”, and opposition to gay marriage and abortion is simply “hatred”. How juvenile this all is.

This president who promised to bring us together has deliberately been doing the opposite. His entire administration is steeped in denial and pretense. American voters have been duped and are just now beginning to realize it. Admitting it, however, is a whole ‘nuther thing.
